The Beat Handschuh emerged from a group work for a course at the university. It consists of a glove that is connected to the computer and a Flash-interface on the screen of the computer.

By touching your thumb or palm of your hand with the fingers you can play soundfiles from the computer. Via the Flash-interface you can define several sounds to combinations of possible tangencies of your fingers.

So this is quite a comfortably and intuitivley working human-computer-interface to play (mainly drum-) sounds.

In addition to the collective conception of this piece of work I designed the Flash-interface.
